“Fewer than 1% of our weddings are theme weds, ” Carrie and Cory’s wedding photographer, Mark Hillis, associate itself with Bored Panda . “Most are not fully implemented themes, but preferably really a few cases accents to the decor or undertakings. For instance, a couple might have light sabers and a bit of decoration that joins the Star Wars topic, but they don’t dress up as a persona from the movie. It’s rare to see a full-blown theme wedding where the wedding party and the bride and groom have dressed up to play the part and all the decor is theme related.”

Hillis thinks that Carrie and Cory implemented their themed marriage very well, without going over the top by dressing up as stormtroopers, or having the wedding party all dressed as characters. “They had some very unique parts to their day based on the Star Wars movies, such as a full life-sized R2D 2 robot that was remote controlled and used as their sound bearer during the ceremony, ” he said. In information, they even fixed a GoPro to the robot to captivate the opening ceremony from its perspective.

“They too had the topic integrated into much of their nuptial date decor, music, and their requests. I think it’s good to still maintain some traditional elements to the uniting( after all, the day is not just all about Star Wars, or whatever the theme is, it’s about getting married principally ). Carrie and Cory’s wedding, while having a theme, also incorporated elements of their own personal mode( such as Carrie’s choice of dress and haircut and buds, and Cory’s choice of shoes, etc ). ”

“The bride and groom were over the moon( or maybe I should say they were < em> over the Death Star ) with how things turned out! I don’t think they concluded their photos “il be going” viral by any means, but we all knew they had drew off a very unique themed uniting that was fun for them and exceedingly entertaining for their clients! ”

Later, the same photographer was asked to capture another Star Wars-themed wedding

“Chris and Jolie wanted to go all the way for their Star Wars theme, so they flew all the guests to the swamp covered planet of Dagobah, where Luke had once trained to be a Jedi with Yoda, ” Hillis explained. “It worked well because the bride and groom wanted a more secluded rectifying so that the Empire could not bother them on their wed era. All joking aside, they simply wanted to add some Star Wars accents to their day and captivate some merriment recalls incorporating the theme. Their illuminated sabers were made by the Jedi Masters at the company Ultrasabers.”
