A man who was arrested following an incident outside the Ukrainian delegation in western London on Saturday has been sliced for the purposes of the Mental Health Act.
The 40 -year-old man will be taken to infirmary for therapy, the Metropolitan Police has said.
The Ukrainian delegation said its ambassador’s vehicle was “deliberately rammed” as it sat outside the building.
Officers employed weapons and a Taser before arresting a somebody on distrust of attempted murder.
